About this Job:

Open to RNs with at least 2+ years of ICU/Critical Care RN experience

Critical Care Float Pool Overview

  • Floats primarily to the ICU and ICU Stepdown Units.
  • Pay based on working experience as a nurse plus hourly float pool differential, night differential (X 12 hours), weekend differential, hourly charge/preceptor pay.
  • Fully benefitted

Schedules

Full Time

  • 7p-730a: three 12-hour shifts & every other weekend (6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks)
  • 3 designated holiday/year
  • 2 Hard-to-fill shifts/year

PRN

  • Minimum of 6 shifts per 6 weeks
  • If working a straight day or straight night shift, 3 (of the 6 shifts) weekend shifts required
  • If working rotating shifts, must work at least 3 night or weekend shifts
  • 1 holiday per year
  • 1 hard-to-fill shift per year

Qualifications

  • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • 2+ years of RN experience required; at least 2+ years of ICU RN experience strongly preferred
  • Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS & NIHSS strongly preferred.
This position has a hiring range of : USD $42.48 - USD $63.34 /Hr.
