En tant que gerant(e) de releve pour territoire, vous remplacerez les gerants des Centres U-Haul de votre region, en assurant la continuite necessaire pour fournir un service a la clientele exemplaire.

Exigences minimales:

  • 1 a 3 ans d'experience en gestion dans la vente au detail ou dans d'autres secteurs de services avec la responsabilite du resultat financier et de la satisfaction des clients.
  • Des competences prealables en gestion de vente au detail de haut volume en assumant la responsabilite des comptes de profits et pertes.
  • Un permis de conduire valide ainsi que la capacite de garder un bon dossier de conducteur.
  • La capacite a travailler les fins de semaine et les jours feries.
  • Une expertise informatique.
  • Un diplome d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent.

Milieu de travail:
Ce travail implique des risques moderes ou des risques de malaises qui necessitent des mesures de securite speciales, p. ex. travailler en presence de pieces en mouvement, de machines, d'emanations ou de produits chimiques irritants. On pourra donc exiger le port de vetements ou d'equipement de protection individuelle comme des masques, des lunettes, des gants ou des ecrans faciaux.

Exigences physiques:
Ce travail requiert des actions comportant de l'effort physique comme rester sur place autant a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur pendant de longues periodes de temps, parcourir des espaces ainsi que se repositionner pour atteindre et utiliser des outils. Il faut aussi pouvoir deplacer un minimum de 23kg (50lb) avec ou sans aide.

Field Relief Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage for General Managers on leave by enforcing policies, inventory practices, etc.
  • Inspect and assist at centers to stay apprised of all programs
  • Hire and train new team members

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of management experience in retail or other service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss (P&L) accountability
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Computer expertise
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
