RN Or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Private Duty – Baytown, TX

Reliant Pediatric Therapy Services PC is a private home health agency in the Baytown, TX, area that serves children from birth through age 21. It is owned and operated by two occupational therapists. Reliant Pediatric Therapy Services PC provides private-duty nursing, occupational, physical, and speech therapy in home settings.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $35.00/hr.

Low Acuity experience

Qualifications:
  • Active RN /LVN/LPN license in the state of Texas.
  • American Red Cross CPR certification required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • The ability to work in a home environment.
  • EMR charting (no paper notes)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.
  • Monitor vital signs and provide safe and competent care.
  • Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
  • Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.
  • Educate the family on medical care and training.

Hours:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time work
