Start Date: Fall 2025

Who We Are

Amazing Athletes is an award-winning youth sports enrichment program that teaches the fundamentals of movement, motor skills, and sports to children ages 1 to 10 in a fun, engaging, and confidence-building environment. Our mission? To help kids build a love for movement, develop life skills, and have a blast doing it!

We’re launching in Colorado Springs this Fall and looking for experienced, dependable, high-energy coaches to help us grow our programs—and our impact!

Who You Are
  • You must have prior experience working with young children, ideally in early childhood education (ECE), youth coaching, camp leadership, or a similar setting.
  • A natural leader who can confidently and independently manage a class from Day 1.
  • High-energy, silly (in the best way!), and genuinely love working with kids.
  • A flexible, creative thinker—comfortable adapting lessons on the fly to meet the needs of a unique class.
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated—you’re not afraid to jump in and help build something new.
  • Bonus if you're excited about helping us grow! You'll also help with outreach at events and schools (with commission pay for sign-ups).
What You’ll Do
  • Lead fun, movement-based sports classes for kids ages 1–10 using our curriculum (with room for your own creative spin)
  • Instantly engage kids and manage class dynamics confidently and independently
  • Represent our brand in schools, daycares, and community events with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Build relationships with families and school staff to help grow enrollment
  • Help us shape our presence and operations in this brand-new Colorado Springs territory

Requirements

  • Must have hands-on experience working with young children (ages 1–6 especially preferred)
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle with space to transport sports equipment
  • Must be available weekday and some weekend mornings (afternoon flexibility is a plus)
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and Safesport certifications (we’ll help!)
  • Soccer coaches should be willing to pursue a U.S. Soccer Grassroots license post-hire
  • This role is ideal for someone who is not reliant on this job as their sole income source
