We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers and service technicians by ensuring the right parts are identified, processed, and delivered accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams and customers in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and urgency are key.
What You'll Do
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts orders and inquiries
  • Work closely with Service Technicians and the Parts Manager to ensure accurate parts fulfillment
  • Post and verify daily technician paperwork, ensuring all parts are correctly charged to work orders
  • Support ToyotaLift technicians by maintaining and replenishing van stock
  • Process customer orders, communicate backorders, and provide ETA updates
  • Prepare parts and tire quotes for customers and internal teams
  • Pull and distribute truck stock for road technicians and service jobs
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and occasional parts deliveries/pickups
  • Provide backup support to other Parts Specialists as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all transactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, kneeling, and reaching required
  • Ability to communicate clearly in a high-paced environment
