Parts Advisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing the correct parts for their vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

    • ssist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles

    • rovide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction

    • aintain accurate inventory records by tracking incoming and outgoing parts, conducting regular inventory checks, and updating inventory systems

    • rocess parts orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner

    • ork closely with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs

    • eep abreast of product updates, industry trends, and new technologies in order to provide the best possible service to customers
