Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk will support the accounting department by entering data into Microsoft Dynamics, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative duties in a fast-paced office.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Enter budgets and financial information into Microsoft Dynamics
  • Transfer information from Excel into Microsoft Dynamics
  • Verify accuracy of entered information
  • Maintain electronic records
  • Assist with administrative projects
  • Answer phones when needed
  • Provide receptionist support as needed
  • Assist accounting staff with clerical duties
  • Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support office operations as the company grows
