Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support and lead strategic initiatives across our portfolio of global corporate applications. This role will serve as a key liaison between IT, Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery, enhancement, and operational support of enterprise systems that drive critical business processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting SAP environments, including SAP Ariba, as well as BlackLine financial close and account reconciliation solutions. A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, procurement processes, and compliance requirements is essential. This individual will oversee complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure enterprise applications align with business objectives across a global manufacturing organization.

This is a hybrid position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, requiring regular onsite collaboration. Candidates must be willing to permanently work in the Tulsa area.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead multiple enterprise application initiatives from planning through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
  • Establish project governance, performance metrics, and status reporting for leadership teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

Enterprise Application Management

  • Serve as the technical and functional program lead for corporate applications, with a primary focus on:
    • SAP Ariba
    • BlackLine
    • SAP ERP ecosystem
    • Financial and procurement-related applications
  • Partner with business leaders to define system enhancements and technology roadmaps.
  • Oversee application upgrades, integrations, testing, and change management activities.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and operational objectives.

Financial Systems & Process Support

  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to support:
    • Financial close processes
    • Account reconciliations
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
    • Internal controls and compliance initiatives
  • Translate accounting and operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support audit activities and system controls related to financial applications.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across global operations.
  • Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for enterprise applications and process improvements.

Operational Excellence

  • Support application performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Develop governance frameworks, documentation, and support models.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, SOX, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and user adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Project Management, or Enterprise Applications leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting SAP Ariba solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting BlackLine applications.
  • Experience working within SAP ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives in a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a manufacturing or industrial organization.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and financial reporting processes.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and audit requirements.
  • Familiarity with integrations, middleware, and enterprise architecture concepts.
