Is this you?
  • Do you spot a misaligned shaft or a worn seal before it becomes downtime?
  • Can you read a schematic, pull the right parts from a BOM, and bring a machine back to OEM spec?
  • Are you at home fabricating a quick fix—welding, on the lathe, or at a Bridgeport—when production needs it?

If so, you’ll thrive here. In this role, you’ll proactively maintain production machinery and plant mechanical equipment using approved preventive maintenance procedures that keep operations running smoothly.

What you will do
  • Install, maintain, and service diverse production machines and facility mechanical systems.
  • Identify and correct mechanical failures, including pneumatic and hydraulic issues; execute repairs and replacements.
  • Use precision measuring tools, hand tools, and test instruments to install and align equipment to OEM requirements.
  • Interpret mechanical prints, BOM data, and technical diagrams to plan and perform work.
  • Handle minor fabrication as needed—welding, operating a lathe and Bridgeport, and using powered saws.
  • Complete manufacturer-recommended oil and lubrication cycles on schedule.
  • Record all work in Maintenance Connection, including WR and PM documentation.
  • Employ sonic leak detection to find and fix compressed air leaks on equipment and across the facility.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe; follow good housekeeping practices.
  • Pitch in on tooling, changeovers, and equipment startups to support production success.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years in an industrial maintenance setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with mechanical devices and apparatus.
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools for mechanical work.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
  • Solid communication, sound decisions, and working math skills.
