Job Summary


This position supports the USAF B2 Systems Program Office (SPO) at Tinker AFB, OK, providing senior program management leadership across a diverse portfolio of sustainment and modernization efforts. The B2 sustainment mission integrates flight control, structures, software, communications/navigation, defensive systems, and weapons systems. The role requires comprehensive oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and risk while driving strategies that enhance fleet readiness, system reliability, and longterm modernization objectives. This position is 100% direct labor and requires intermittent CONUS travel.


Essential Job Functions

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, contracting, operations) to manage cost, schedule, and performance across assigned B2 sustainment and modernization programs.
  • Develop acquisition, logistics, and sustainment strategies that support hardware and software upgrades, modernization initiatives, and long-term lifecycle management.
    Create, review, and refine program documentation including budget requests, spend plans, statements of work/performance work statements, purchase request packages, schedules, market research reports, trade studies, and seniorlevel briefings.

Qualifications


Bachelors degree required; Masters degree highly desired (MBA or technical discipline).


Ten (10) years of experience (or 6 years with a Masters degree) in program or project management and acquisitions, preferably within DoW, aerospace, aviation maintenance, ISR systems, or modernization portfolios.


Demonstrated experience overseeing large, complex aviation or defense programsincluding sustainment, modernization, systems integration, or enterprise-level workforce management.


Proven ability to manage multi-milliondollar portfolios, drive modernization efforts, and coordinate high-tempo operations while balancing performance, risk, compliance, and cost.


Familiarity with DoW acquisition frameworks, funding types, contract structures, and quality certifications/requirements.


Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with experience briefing senior executives and integrating cross-functional teams.


Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; MS Project desired.


Active Top Secret clearance required; SAP eligibility highly preferred.
