Job description

We are looking for a hard working and motivated individual with a desire to serve our guests and associates like family. As the Front Office Manager you will be in charge of all front desk operations, including, but not limited too; training associates, developing schedules, conflict resolution, driving guest scores, promoting Bonvoy enrollments, supporting AGM and working closely with each department, etc. This position requires full time hours, weekends, and night shifts as needed. Reliability and a willingness to cover shifts, sometimes at a moments notice is required.

We are looking for an outgoing individual who is willing to put in the work and effort to help our team succeed and grow as individuals and as a company. Setting the example for associates to be their best and creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone is our top priority. We are expecting these same priorities from out Front Desk Manager.

  • Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.
  • Prolonged periods of standing at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
  • Occasional lifting and walking throughout the workday.
  • Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
  • Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
  • Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
  • Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
