Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Location: North Carolina (Onsite)
Job Summary: Seeking a Reliability Engineer with 4-10+ years of experience in equipment reliability and maintenance. The role focuses on optimizing maintenance strategies using risk-based methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply FMEA, RCM, and RCA to improve equipment reliability
  • Optimize preventive maintenance programs
  • Use CMMS (SAP PM/MM preferred) for maintenance tracking
  • Review P&IDs, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Analyze data and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 4-10+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience
  • Experience with FMEA, RCM, RCA
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to read technical drawings
