Provides overall leadership for ensuring the safe, cost-effective, efficient, and environmentally responsible production of products at the NBO facility in alignment with business plans and company objectives. Accountable for all aspects of site performance and all personnel on site. Participates as a member of the APS Americas Manufacturing Management Team and collaborates across sites and functions to advance manufacturing strategy and performance. A Day in the Life
Planning, Capital & Resource Management
  • Develop and execute site operating plans, budgets, and capital strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Actively manage site headcount to ensure a well-balanced, effective team that can consistently deliver strong results
  • Align site planning and resource allocation with the asset strategy, prioritizing resources to strengthen reliability, enable growth, and sustain long-term performance.

Communication & Employee Relations
  • Maintain consistent, two-way engagement with employees across all levels to understand concerns, reinforce expectations, and build a culture of trust and accountability
  • Ensure effective application of performance management processes and employee development programs.

Candidate Profile
  • People-first leader with strong floor presence and ability to engage and influence hourly and salaried teams.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline; avoids ad-hoc or non-standard approaches.

You Bring This Value
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in supervisory or management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, reliability practices, planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with Operational Excellence programs and Continuous Improvement in leadership and contributing roles
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills including the ability to interface with internal & external customer contacts
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must possess a high level of personal initiative, be capable of independent decision-making and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards focusing on driving continuous improvement
  • Able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
