We are looking for a Reliability Engineer II to join our team located in Tucson, AZ.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the implementation of reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainment.
  • Support an engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience and engineering sub-disciplines.
  • Conduct analysis efforts supporting system design with respect to product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action.
  • Work in reliability disciplines including FMECA, Predictions and Derating.
  • Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Predictions, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Derating, Failure reporting, analysis and/or corrective actions system (FRACAS).
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. 

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Customer focus and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office tools, and experience in the preparation and presentation of briefing material.
  • Ability to review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards with the ability to identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
