• Provides our customers with courteous and pleasant service within a clean and positive environment
• Greets all guests that arrive within visible area
• Takes our customer’s food and beverage order; ensures the freshest quality and best presentation of all menu items
• Assists our customers with product selection; executes our company’s “suggestive selling” techniques
• Has complete knowledge of the company’s cash handling procedures and works according to those procedures
• Manages assigned cash and balances at the end of each shift; secures and accurately handles cash at all times
• Sets and clear tables; maintains dining room, restrooms and terraza manicured at all times
• Cleans and maintains his/her work area, equipment and storage areas at all times
• Coordinates multiple orders; communicates clearly and effectively in order to properly complete orders and services within established service times
