JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Intern at Merrill Manufacturing, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced sales professionals while contributing to real projects that support business growth. This internship offers exposure to the full sales process-from market research and lead generation to customer engagement and sales strategy. You'll develop valuable communication, problem-solving, and business skills while learning how a successful sales organization drives results.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Support sales and business development efforts by identifying and researching prospective customers.
  • Assist with lead generation activities and customer outreach campaigns.
  • Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Create and update sales materials, presentations, and marketing resources.
  • Learn how to use CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
