At Tradebe, our technology teams play a critical role in enabling business growth and operational excellence. We are looking for an IT Business Relationship Analyst to act as the bridge between business and IT, helping turn business challenges into practical technology solutions.

This role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical delivery. You will work closely with business teams to understand their processes and priorities while designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that improve efficiency and create value.

The position has a strong focus on automation and low-code development, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both understanding business needs and building solutions to solve them.

What will you do? Make an impact!
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and improve business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and project deliverables.
  • Support and enhance critical business applications including SAP and CRM platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency through automation, AI, analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Support projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, user adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective solutions across business and IT teams.
Sales Systems Focus
  • Support and enhance CRM platforms including HubSpot and SAP C4C.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and KPI dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the business to implement pricing logic and processes across SAP, CRM, and BI platforms.
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve sales productivity and data quality.
Enterprise Applications & Automation
  • Support core enterprise applications including SAP/S4 HANA and related business systems.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Support AI-enabled business applications, including adoption, troubleshooting, and process integration.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working between business and technology teams in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, BRM, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
Preferred experience
  • SAP SD and SAP pricing.
  • SAP S/4HANA.
  • HubSpot CRM.
  • Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, and Power Automate.
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • SharePoint and Microsoft Lists.
  • AI-enabled business applications and process automation.
