Patient Relations Coordinator II

Join a small but mighty team dedicated to helping patients and families feel heard, supported, and cared for.

As aPatient Relations Coordinator II, you'll be a trusted resource for patients and families navigating questions, concerns, or challenges during their healthcare journey. Working closely with care teams and leaders across our Southern Region, you'll help resolve concerns, improve communication, and ensure every voice is heard.

Our team is known for being collaborative, supportive, and respectful. We value diverse perspectives, lean on one another during challenging situations, and believe that listening is one of the most important skills we bring to our work each day.

In this role, you'll:

  • Listen to patient and family concerns and help guide them toward resolution
  • Partner with healthcare teams and leaders to address issues and improve experiences
  • Keep patients and families informed throughout the process
  • Track feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Share patient compliments and positive feedback with care teams
