Guest Relation Host

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date.
  • Alternatively - has degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.S. OR have 5 years of experience in the field in which they are training.
  • Minimum age of 18 with intermediate to advanced English skills. Passport: Must have a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application.
  • Reference Letter: Provide a reference letter from your university.
  • Proof of University Accreditation: Submit documentation confirming the accreditation status of your university.
  • Proof of Academic Status: Include a document verifying your current academic status from your university.
  • University Diploma: If you have graduated, please provide a copy of your university diploma.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, positivity, and trustworthiness.
  • Must have full availability, that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
  • Must be able to remain calm under increasing demands of the operation, be consistent in presentation and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Two years experience in a similar role.
  • Culinary Certificate or Degree.
  • Experience at a luxury hospitality property.
