Job description

Work Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role is in person full time in Draper, UT.

How you'll make an impact:

Lead and conduct complex investigations and review deviations from policies, procedures and regulations. Work directly with internal and external legal counsel in complex investigations providing both subject matter expertise and case management to ensure fair outcomes, timely completion and documentation.

Provide expert guidance to senior leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Spearhead regional employee relations initiatives and programs. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and deliver actionable solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Analyze and interpret employee relations data to uncover insights, track trends, and present findings to leadership. Help shape a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities to streamline and scale employee relations processes. Champion the use of technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency in case management and resolution.

Take on additional responsibilities that support the broader HR and business strategy.

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 8 Years experience previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required
What else we look for (Preferred):
Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
Extensive knowledge in employee relations, local and regional employment law, requirements as well as EW coaching and counseling resources .
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems and/or tools
Proven successful project management skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management
