Rehabilitation Managers play a central role in coordinating care by working closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers. They facilitate regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, set goals, and address any challenges. Effective communication and leadership are essential, as the manager ensures all team members are aligned in their approach and that patient care plans are cohesive and comprehensive.
