RN Memory Care Unit Manager - full-time
Holland Home of Grand Rapids, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility for staffing and quality!
Responsibilities:
  • Work with 3 other RN Unit Managers to manage the day-to-day activities and care team for Raybrook Manor's skilled nursing; this role is focused on the long term care and rehab unit.
  • Each RN Unit Manager oversees about 22 residents
    • Coordinator and supervise resident care
    • Complete MDS assessments in a timely manner
  • Participate in the manager on-call rotation
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A current and valid MI RN license is required
  • 2+ yrs nursing experience preferably in a long-term care or dementia care setting
  • Prior management experience is highly valued but not required
  • Prior MDS experience is highly valued but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly and their families are a given to be successful in this role
