Saint Luke's North Outpatient Rehab in Kansas City is looking for a Secretary to join our team. This role will give you the opportunity to provide secretarial support to the Outpatient Rehab department to help ensure our vision to be, "The Best Place to Get Care. The Best Place to Give Care."

Shift Details: Full Time 8:30am-5:00pm Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Handles routine and complex scheduling

  • Checks patients in/out for appointments

  • Collaborated with staff to ensure all tasks are completely timely.

We are seeking candidates with attention to detail, great customer service, and administrative experience.
