You will be working in a state-of-the-art outpatient office situated in the heart of Carson City, Nevada. Our clinic boasts modern equipment and a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork among healthcare professionals. The office is designed to provide a welcoming environment for both staff and clients, featuring open treatment areas for hands-on therapy and private spaces for patient evaluations and consultations. Our regular work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexible scheduling options available.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional capacities, employing standardized assessment tools and observational techniques.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with the patient's personal goals, preferences, and physical needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic strategies, including manual therapies, exercises, and technological modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery.
• Deliver patient education on strategies for pain management, improving mobility, and preventing injury, ensuring that patients are active participants in their healing process.
• Monitor therapy progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet patients' evolving needs and issues effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment interventions, outcomes, and patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• At least five years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong focus on outpatient care.
• Proficient in various physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address rehabilitation needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Experience working with a diverse patient demographic, including geriatric and pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation.
• Background in specialized areas of rehabilitation, such as vestibular therapy or sports rehabilitation.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
