AMS Fulfillment is seeking to hire Equipment Operators for our Newark, DE location as well as our New Castle, DE location.

The job will be performed at either our New Castle, DE location or Newark, DE facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience operating a Reach truck and forklift safely.
  • Moves product throughout the warehouse to proper location.
  • Must be able to take an accurate count of product.
  • Load and unload materials and products from vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain equipment by following safety rules and regulations.
  • Keep equipment in good working order.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Complete required training to get certified on equipment.
  • Complete daily logs, daily reports and inventory reports.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by supervisor or manager (includes, but not limited to, performing other similar duties in other departments or locations as needed).

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with reach trucks is a MUST.

Must be able to follow instructions; communicate effectively; work as part of a team; work productively; maintain a positive attitude; take initiative; work productively; work productively, meet deadlines; work independently.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, reach overhead, push pull up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to get certified (training provided for the certification) on equipment.
