Job description

We are currently seeking ​a Regulatory Documentation Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for the preparation of regulatory documents required to be issued with products sales. Clerk will also respond to customer requests.

Schedule: 
  • Monday to Friday 7 am to 3.30 pm
  • Full-time

Pay rate: 17 to 19 DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare regulatory documentation required to be issues with product sales
  • Review and ensure accuracy of all documentation prior to submission
  • Develop knowledge of existing and emerging regulation.
  • Understand and comply with GMP's and food SOP's

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring food safety training programs, standards and compliance
  • Assessing safety and regulatory compliance of food, handling practices
  • Gathers, interprets and reports on quality metrics or performance indicators (7 years)
  • Computer skills
  • Good communication skills.
