Job Overview

Performs essential clerical duties to support the student enrollment life cycle, including processing registrations, updating student records, and ensuring data accuracy across student information systems. This position serves as a primary point of contact for routine enrollment inquiries, handles administrative tasks, and collaborates with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Advising to keep daily operations running smooth.

Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum AA/AS degree with 3 years experience or Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.

Expert level of Excel (ability to create/manipulate formulas, utilize and create pivot tables).

Experience and proficiency in working with various data systems preferred (Ad Astra, Informer, Brightspace, IDEA) to build reports, manipulate analytics, customize existing reports and pull reports.

Advanced knowledge of Google Shared Files, Google Drive and Google Docs. Knowledge and ability to work with Adobe Software, Terminal 4 preferred.

High level of professional accountability and proven attention to detail. Interest in developing and managing processes.

Certifications & Licenses

Must possess a valid driverโ€™s license.

Demonstrated experience with Google Suite products or Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint certifications.
