Job description

Onsite at Bloomington RAHC. Hours are 10a-2p Wednesdays and 6:30a-7p Thursday through Saturday.

Come join our Team! Our Bloomington RAHC team is looking for a dynamic individual to join our System Patient Access Registration Team! This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and is crucial to ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. To be successful in this position, you must be dependable and consistent in your attendance and timeliness. Registration experience is preferred but not required for the role.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  •  Hardwiring specific elements in patient interactions to ensure consistent, high quality, and enhancement of the overall experience. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate patient registration 
  • Maintain Patient records and confidentiality  
  • Provide information and answer patient inquiries 
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations 


At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
 Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
 Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
 Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
 Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
 Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
