Job description

Overview
The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Registration Clerk. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Registration Clerk will perform an array of tasks such as greeting and assisting with check-in duties of all patients presenting for an appointment, as well as check out patients to include scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments. The Registration Clerk will assist other offices with coverage issues when needed, as well as any other duties assigned. The Registration Clerk must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.
Qualifications
Education required: HS/GED
Experience: Customer Service Representative experience preferred
