Job description

Responsibilities

$7,500 Sign on Bonus!*

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations while providing high-quality patient care. This role supports, coordinates, and mentors nursing staff, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborates closely with radiologists and clinical teams. This position also involves direct patient care across multiple imaging modalities.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations, including staff assignments, scheduling, and workflow
  • Support and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and clinical excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Assist radiologists with procedures and administer medications, including IV contrast and sedation as appropriate
  • Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Prepare and educate patients before and after procedures to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain oversight of supplies, medications, crash carts, and controlled substances
  • Participate in quality assurance, risk management, and emergency preparedness activities
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support efficient scheduling and patient flow
  • Perform hands-on nursing duties across imaging services (CT, MRI, PET, ultrasound, interventional radiology)

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with strong clinical nursing skills
  • Experience in radiology, imaging, or procedural settings preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a clinical team
  • Knowledge of patient safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emergency response
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with patient care tasks including IV placement, medication administration, and monitoring
  • BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)

Pay Range: $88,000-98,000
