Job description

Travel Registered Nurse Interventional Radiology

Role: Specialty Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology

Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts; 40 hours per week; weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

Assignment Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

  • New York State RN License
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • ACLS Certification (AHA)
  • Telemetry Experience
  • 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures.
  • Monitor patients intra-procedure and assist in post-procedure recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Provide critical care as part of the embolization response team for trauma patients.
  • Utilize strong communication skills and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
