Job description

Temporary Full-Time RN / Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant-Schuylkill Medical Imaging and Vision Imaging of Kingston

We are seeking an experienced RN (with critical care background), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient imaging team on a temporary full-time basis.

This role is ideal for a clinically strong provider who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote radiologist to support safe, efficient patient care.

Schedule:
Monday โ€“ Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 4โ€“8 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient imaging setting
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after contrast administration.
  • Assess for contraindications and respond to any adverse reactions under the direction of a remote radiologist.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after Interventional procedures.
  • Ensure a safe, high-quality patient experience
  • Collaborate with technologists and radiology team members to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Active RN (critical care experience required), NP, or PA license
  • Strong IV skills and experience with contrast administration preferred
  • Experience in emergency, ICU, or other high-acuity settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
