Job description

Job Summary:

Mercer Advisors has worked with families to help them amplify and simplify their financial lives. Whether a family has $300 thousand or $300 million, our family office model - which integrates financial planning, investment management, tax and estate planning, insurance, and more - was designed to help them not worry about money.

Our Regis Group was specifically formed to serve ultra-high-net-worth families ($50M+), who face a unique set of financial advantages and challenges. Regis Wealth Advisors work hand-in-hand with these clients to help them make sense of their financial situation, make smart decisions, and live the lives of their dreams. You will be a part of the team responsible for delivering a boutique-level and highly intimate experience to each client, backed by the full strength of a national fiduciary with a deep bench of functional experts in all areas of wealth management. Working as a team with these specialists, you will help a wide range of private investors, business owners, company executives, creators, and those stewarding generational wealth to overcome obstacles and progress towards their goals with more confidence and less stress.

The Associate Wealth Advisor I focuses on deepening relationships with an established base of clients and organically growing their practice through referrals, while leveraging our unified in-house team of experts to help clients achieve their financial goals.  This role is designed to be developmental in nature, offering increasing exposure and responsibility while providing leverage to the Senior Wealth Advisor and their existing book of business.  The Associate Wealth Advisor I plays a key role in delivering comprehensive financial planning analyses and recommendations, supporting both client outcomes and the scalability of the Senior Wealth Advisor's practice.

Unlike other firms, Mercer has a dedicated Sales team so that our advisors can focus exclusively on their clients. Our advisors are client-focused fiduciaries who take pride in utilizing their advanced knowledge of financial planning and investments and their superior relationship skills to diagnose the needs of clients and propose solutions that fit each client's unique scenario. They're supported by a sophisticated technology platform and a team of experts in portfolio management, financial planning, tax, estate planning, and more.

Join us and be part of this exciting journey as we shape the future of financial planning and wealth management.
