Summary:

The Insurance Solutions Manager - Licensed focuses on developing relationships with our segment partners, sharing our insurance story and helping our partners understand how to identify an insurance need and refer to the insurance team. With a focus on Life Insurance, there will also be consistent opportunities to focus on our personal lines, small business and overall insurance capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with regional leaders and colleagues across segments.
  • Develop marketing plans within the framework and direction of management, implement training and referral activity as a follow-up on marketing plans.
  • Act as a general relationship manager for all lines and specialize in technical/product support and issue resolution for product line/s as designated.
  • Travels throughout footprint meeting with Business Segment Partners to set goals and current referral production, giving presentations on Insurance products and processes.
  • Responsible for driving leads to insurance including personal lines P&C, SBSC, Life, title and EB.
  • Attends segment meetings/phone calls and trainings bakers across bank segments on insurance products and processes.
  • Acts as primary contact between segments responsible for training to new bankers.
  • Responsible for running reports and fielding questions pertaining to leads placed in Max.
  • Segment partner issue resolution for Life Insurance.
  • Maintain all applicable licenses and continuing education.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years in property and casualty sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Problem solving skills/ability to handle complex issues
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment servicing clients and providing policy administration
  • Strong PC and Internet skills to include at least an intermediate user level of Microsoft Excel and Word
