The Project Manager facilitatesthe execution of project/program solutionplanfor clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.This rolerequires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity withfinancial impactbetween $100K and $2.5M.

As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Have fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible fordelivery of results for the respective process steps.
  • Guidetechnical or administrative staff.
  • Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs
  • Contribute to continuous improvementplan.
  • Performactiverole inmaintainingfunctionally focused client relationships.
  • Be responsible forseveral small projects.
  • Review project specifications,drawingsand project-specific documents to establish project intent.
  • Develop andmaintaina project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.Identifytime-sensitive installation needs.
  • Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
  • Review plans and specifications andparticipatein project cost reviews.
  • Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors.
  • Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.
  • Track resources andprojectsprogress.
  • Document project events thatimpactthe schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
  • Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.
  • Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate withAccountingteam and Operations Manager.
  • Schedule project-specific commissioning resources andprovidescommissioning documentation.
  • Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.
  • Complete project-specific close-out documentation.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements.
  • Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry; 3+ years preferred
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams
  • Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
  • Must be 21 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements toparticipatein Siemens' fleet vehicle program
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
  • 3+ years of technical experience in the HVAC controls, fire and life safety, OR security access/CCTV industry; 3+ years preferred

The pay range for this position is $86,180 - $147,737 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
