We're looking for an ambitious, organized, and highly responsive Junior Regional Retail Sales Manager to support our Regional Retail Sales Manager in leading our growing fleet of retail stores.

Working alongside the Regional Retail Sales Manager, you'll help oversee day-to-day store operations, coach and develop sales teams, maintain exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every location is positioned for success.

• Partner with the Regional Retail Sales Manager to support all retail locations (New Hope, Philadelphia, Boston, and NYC)
• Visit stores regularly to coach associates, provide operational support, and ensure brand standards are consistently executed
• Step into stores as needed to assist with coverage, leadership, and day-to-day operations
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sales performance, and operational efficiency
• Serve as a trusted resource for store teams and assist in resolving day-to-day challenges

• Coach and mentor Store Managers and Sales Associates alongside the Regional Retail Sales Manager
• Reinforce company expectations, sales techniques, and customer service standards
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Help maintain a positive, high-performing culture across all locations
• Step into leadership responsibilities whenever the Regional Retail Sales Manager is unavailable

• Assist with creating and maintaining schedules across all locations
• Help identify and resolve coverage gaps proactively
• Support scheduling software management and ongoing schedule adjustments
• Work closely with Store Managers to ensure proper staffing levels

• Help monitor weekly sales performance and key retail metrics
• Support reporting and performance tracking across all stores
• Assist with goal setting, accountability, and action planning
• Help recognize trends, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Ensure stores remain organized, well-stocked, and operating efficiently
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and operational consistency
• Support implementation of new processes and company initiatives
• Help maintain excellent communication between stores and leadership

• Assist in coordinating maintenance requests and store repairs
• Help communicate with landlords and vendors when needed
• Support new store openings, training, and launch preparation as the company grows

• Have 2–5+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Multi-Unit, or similar)
• Are eager to grow into regional leadership
• Love coaching and developing people
• Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• Are highly organized and naturally proactive
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Are willing and excited to travel regularly between stores
• Lead by example and aren't afraid to jump in wherever needed
• Notice problems before they become bigger issues
• Are dependable, accountable, and excited to grow with a rapidly expanding brand

• Competitive salary of $55,000–$65,000 per year
