Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations and drive growth within our regional offices. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.

Essential Functions: 

Operational Leadership:

  • Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple regional offices to achieve business objectives and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Directly supervise employees to optimize task completion and operational efficiency.
  • Interview, hire, train, and motivate staff to achieve team goals and build a positive work culture.
  • Coach, discipline, and resolve employee issues in accordance with company policies in collaboration with the Human Resources Dept.

Operational Management:

  • Ensure safe and efficient operations, including staff management, customer service, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Supervise operational functions related to the servicing, operation, and handling of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions using updated tools and systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between regional offices and corporate headquarters, facilitating open communication and collaboration.

Financial Management:

  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions and adjustments as needed.

Customer Service and Compliance:

  • Uphold commitment to excellent internal and external customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations to maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving operational targets and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license within company guidelines. 
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 35%.
