Job Title: Manager of Provider Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Mon-Fri, days
Location: Langhorne, PA
Position Purpose
Under the general direction of the Director of Physician Contracting and the Vice President of Operations, the Manager will supervise duties related to physician and advanced practitioner recruitment for THMAMG to include all designated physician specialties across the region. The manager will also oversee the team and duties related to onboarding of providers.
As a Manager of Provider Recruitment, you will:
  • Oversee candidate lead generation by the recruitment team, oversee advertising & sourcing for leads, and have general supervision of the recruiting pipeline.
  • Supervise and direct the recruitment team with salary and compensation arrangements, oversee any needed negotiation of employment contracts in cooperation with Director, department hiring managers, and in accordance with THMAMG policy, and will interface/coordinate with Human Resources for the new hire process and the on-boarding of new hires.
  • Supervise and oversee any coordination needed with hiring departments onboarding, physician credentialing, and with Risk Management and Medical Staff Offices.
  • Maintain open and responsive communication between departments, including Medical Staff, Human Resources, Credentialing, Risk Management, and various appropriate departmental personnel, and candidates.
  • Maintain and distribute recruitment reporting to THMAMG SLT, and will also assist with the development and maintenance of comprehensive physician recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of THMAMG as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • 6+ years of experience in physician recruitment (required)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
