Jacobs is seeking a Program Manager to support the delivery of major capital infrastructure programs. You'll focus on implementing program management strategies in collaboration with Program Directors and cross-functional teams, helping to drive performance, ensure alignment with client objectives, and contribute to Jacobs' mission of creating a more sustainable future.

You will manage programs of varying complexity, applying industry best practices and Jacobs' established procedures. Your work will be instrumental in supporting the growth of Jacobs' portfolio , with a focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Here's what you'll do:
  • Support Program Directors in the delivery of complex infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and Jacobs' sustainability values.
  • Lead the implementation of program management functions including controls, commercial oversight, design coordination,riskand stakeholder management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to foster high-performing, agile delivery environments.
  • Contribute to business development activities byidentifyingopportunities, supporting proposal development, and building client relationships.
  • Assist in developing execution plans and innovative delivery approaches for complex capital programs.
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all program activities.

The base salary range for this position is $196,200.00 to $300,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
