Global Clients Americas Program Director

Location: San Jose, California

Compensation

Base salary: $155,000 annually

Car allowance: $1,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Global Clients Americas Program Director to lead one or more of our largest global client accounts. In this role, you are the client's primary Security Advisor and overall account leader. You own the strategy, the relationship, and the results.

You will design and run the client's security program, align Securitas and client goals, and ensure the account is profitable and well-managed. You will work closely with Securitas branches and Global Clients Americas leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all locations.

This is a senior, salaried leadership role focused on strategy, financial performance, and client partnership, not day-to-day guarding duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead as the main point of contact and trusted Security Advisor for assigned global client accounts.
  • Own the overall account strategy, including security program design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and standards across the client's footprint, working with branches and regional teams.
  • Manage the account P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost control, and use data to improve performance.
  • Guide budget planning for guard services and security systems and support major deployments.
  • Oversee security risk reviews, safety programs, and contract compliance across all locations.
  • Support special events, new site openings, and transitions to ensure smooth start-up and ongoing operations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, Securitas operations, and alliance partners.
  • Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses, including pricing strategy and input from all regions.
  • Drive innovation in processes, technology, and service offerings to create measurable value for the client.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive management experience in business management, security, or a related field.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with budgets and P&L responsibility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer $155,000 annually, plus a $1000/mo vehicle allowance. You'll also receive a great benefit package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 10 accrued vacation days, 4 personal holidays, 6 sick days
  • 401(k) with company match
