Top of the Rock is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations at one of the Ozarks' premier destinations. This key leadership role is ideal for individuals with experience in operations, hospitality, retail, guest services, customer service, tourism, entertainment, or other fast-paced environments where team leadership and operational excellence are essential.
In this role, you will help oversee daily operations, support and develop team members, ensure a high-quality guest experience, and contribute to the continued success of our museum and attraction operations.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise and support day-to-day operations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Create schedules and help manage staffing needs
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
