We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Regional Office Manager to oversee operations and support multiple offices throughout the Syracuse/Binghamton region.

A Regional Office Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to Office Managers and team members across multiple dental offices
  • Driving a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture throughout the region
  • Monitoring office performance metrics and implementing strategies to achieve operational and financial goals
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of office leadership teams
  • Ensuring consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Partnering with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient experiences and office efficiency
  • Analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans
  • Assisting with budgeting, revenue cycle management, insurance processes, collections, and financial reporting
  • Addressing patient concerns and helping offices resolve complex service issues promptly and professionally
  • Conducting regular office visits, performance reviews, and leadership meetings

Requirements:

  • Dental office management experience preferred

Salary: $55,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
