The Role
We're seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Regional Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our regional office. This role is key to keeping our organization running smoothly by overseeing administrative systems, finances, personnel records, and office processes across our centers.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily office operationsand improve systems for efficiency
  • Manage employee records, benefitstracking, and HR-related administration
  • Coordinate financial processesincluding accounts payable, payroll, and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance withorganizational standards and accreditation requirements
  • Serve as a key point of contactfor vendors and partners
  • Support leadership withadministrative and operational needs
