What are Regional Managers?

Regional Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing operations and performance across multiple locations or branches within a specific geographic area. They manage teams of local managers, set sales targets, implement company policies, and ensure that regional goals are met. Regional Managers often juggle overseeing several branches or territories, which requires strong organizational skills and effective delegation.
