What You'll Do

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your assigned territory, developing sales talent, and ensuring the achievement of company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals.
  • Create and implement onboarding and training programs for new sales team members.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance assessments.
  • Assign and distribute sales leads to the team daily.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics.
  • Hold team members accountable to company standards and sales objectives.
  • Conduct follow-up with canceled and no-sale appointments to recover opportunities and generate revenue.

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
  • Lead bi-weekly sales meetings and participate in regional and corporate meetings.
  • Develop and execute monthly territory sales plans.
