This is a rare opportunity for a top-performing sales professional or sales manager who thrives on building teams, developing talent, and driving results. If you have experience in home improvement, remodeling, in-home sales, or sales management, we want to hear from you.

With the support of our dedicated marketing department, national call center, installation training team, and established systems, you'll have the resources you need to succeed while leading a high-performing sales team.

What You'll Do

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your assigned territory, developing sales talent, and ensuring the achievement of company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals.
  • Create and implement onboarding and training programs for new sales team members.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance assessments.
