Job description

A growing regional company is looking for a Regional General Manager to oversee business performance, team leadership, client relationships, and day-to-day operations within the assigned market. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving growth, maintaining service quality, and ensuring the region operates efficiently and profitably.

The right candidate will be comfortable managing both people and performance, partnering with sales to support growth, and working directly with internal teams to ensure strong execution across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional operations, client relationships, team performance, and financial results
  • Lead managers and team members to meet service, revenue, and operational goals
  • Support business growth by partnering with sales and identifying opportunities within the region
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and local stakeholders
  • Monitor regional performance, including revenue, expenses, service quality, and client satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and consistent delivery of services
  • Address operational issues, client concerns, and staffing challenges as they arise
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning for the region

Requirements

Essential

  • 7 to 10 years of management experience in a service-based or B2B environment
  • Experience overseeing operations, client accounts, and team performance
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across sales, service delivery, and operations
  • Comfortable reviewing financial results, performance reports, and operational metrics
  • Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead teams in the field and maintain accountability across the region

  • Experience managing a regional branch, territory, or multi-site operation
  • Background in commercial services, facilities, staffing, logistics, or professional services
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or a related field
