How does a regional engineering manager typically balance overseeing multiple project teams across different locations?

A Regional Engineering Manager often coordinates several project teams spread across various sites, which requires strong organizational and communication skills. They usually implement standardized processes and regular check-ins—such as weekly status meetings or reporting systems—to ensure alignment and address region-specific challenges.
