Resumen:

El (La) Coordinador(a) Regional de Colocaciones es responsable que se cumpla con los estándares de colocaciones requeridos por las agencias acreditadoras en los Centros de Extensión y Recintos de su Región. Se asegura y es responsable del cumplimiento del Plan Regional de Colocaciones y que se cumpla con el mínimo de 70% anualmente en Colocaciones de egresados para la Región asignada. Se asegura del cumplimiento de las metas mensuales y los referidos a entrevistas con patronos de forma consistente para el logro de la meta mínima del 70% del Programa y por Recinto o Centro de Extensión.


Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:

  • Se asegura y es responsable que los Directores/as y/u Oficiales de Colocaciones de los Centros de Extensión y los Recintos obtengan un mínimo de 5 ofertas de empleo diariamente y que se realicen un mínimo de 10 entrevistas semanales según sea necesario para lograr las mestas mensuales.
  • Mantiene y desarrolla nuevas relaciones en la industria con oficiales de recursos humanos, reclutamiento de diferentes empresas para exponerles la disponibilidad de estudiantes listos para ofertas de empleo y colocaciones.
  • Es responsable de dirigir, planificar, organizar y de la efectividad de las Ferias de Empleo, Juntas Consultivas y otras actividades en su región que redunden en presentación de candidatos a patronos potenciales para reclutamiento.
  • Es responsable de visitar patronos o contactar estudiantes para obtener información requerida para completar expedientes o certificar colocaciones para el cierre del año regulatorio y que la Región cumplan con los requerimientos operacionales necesarios.
  • Es responsable de preparar reportes de progreso, informativos para la asesoría de los procesos operacionales de la Región a su cargo y se logre el entendimiento y la ejecución final de las metas semanales, mensuales y anuales de cada Centro y Recinto mediante la administración sistemática y gerencial necesaria.
  • Se asegura se comunica con los respectivos Directores Ejecutivos de los Centros y los Rectores de los Recintos y Centros de Extensión de la región asignada para el cumplimiento en cada unidad.Responsable del reclutamiento, supervisión, evaluaciones de desempeño, adiestramiento y medidas de acción correctiva del personal a cargo, entre otros para manejar con efectividad y eficiencia los procesos operacionales regulatorios.

Educación y Experiencia:

    • Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas concentración en Recursos Humanos o áreas relacionadas a Mercadeo y Relaciones Públicas.
    • Un (1) año de experiencia en puestos administrativos en puestos relacionados a la preparación académica.
    • Experiencia en supervision.
    • Licencia de conducir vigente y auto.
    • Habilidad de expresarse en público.
    • Conocimiento de los programas Microsoft, Excel, Word, PPT.
    • Enfoque de servicio al cliente.
    • Habilidad para relacionarse, establecer relaciones estratégicas y de negociación.
