Regional Director of Operations

As Regional Director, you will serve as a regional CEO, owning the performance of multiple treatment centers, leading diverse clinical and operational teams, and delivering measurable outcomes across quality, compliance, and financial benchmarks. You’ll shape strategy, inspire accountability, and build high-performing teams in a mission-driven environment that is making a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Regional Strategy: Oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set and execute strategic plans to meet aggressive growth and performance goals.
  • Inspire High-Performing Teams: Directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results.
  • Operational Ownership: Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and proactively resolve issues to ensure sustainability and profitability.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing exceptional patient care.
  • Drive Access & Growth: Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Partner with national leaders to align regional execution with organizational priorities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
  • Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
  • Adept at driving cultural transformation, team engagement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel 75%.

Salary Range:
Salary ranges from $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 annualized     
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
