Brands under the Workwear Outfitters umbrella include Red Kap, Bulwark, Image Authority, Kodiak, Terra, Walls, Liberty , Work Authority, Workrite Fire Service, Chef Designs, Horace Small, and CritiCore, & OOBE. Workwear Outfitters is also the exclusive licensee for Dickies apparel in the B2B channel.

What You Will Do as a Regional Business Development Manager:

As a Regional Business Development Manager, your primary objective is to drive business growth by fostering relationships with end users and identifying key customer contacts and partnerships for Corporate Managed Uniform Programs. You will focus on generating sales for the Workwear Outfitters collection of brands within your assigned regional territory.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • End User Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with end users to drive sales opportunities through enhanced brand awareness and product specification.

  • Business Partnership Development: Establish strategic business partnerships to expand the Image business model into new customer channels.

  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with Territory Sales and National Account Sales teams to connect end user opportunities with key distributors effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, merchandising, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of new sales initiatives.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify pull-through and brand specification sales opportunities within the assigned sector. Determine product needs and sales channels and collaborate with the sales force to maximize these opportunities.

  • Industry Expertise: Serve as the industry expert for the assigned sector. Attend events and trade shows to gather market intelligence, identify trends, and present opportunities to marketing and merchandising teams for further analysis. Ensure internal teams are informed about market needs to align long-term strategies with future demands.

Skills for Success:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in apparel sales or uniform programs, with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including business modeling and P&L management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
